What do I get after one VIP Day?

During the Chatbot VIP Day, we agree to devote up to 7 hours to assignments you determine for us. You decide the priority and scheduling.

Our goal will always be to deliver you a working chatbot at the end of the VIP Day, but depending on the complexity of the project, this may not always be possible. In those cases, booking additional Add-on VIP Day(s) is necessary to complete your envisioned project in its fullness.

In very rare cases, some aspects of the Chatbot may not work as intended because of technical difficulties caused by the API, Facebook, Instagram, or other services that are out of our control. For such difficulties, we can't assume liability.

Do I need to be available in real-time?

Before the VIP Day: The communication is mostly asynchronous. You will need to deliver prompt answers to the pre-work survey and any questions about the strategy, so we can agree upon the scope of the VIP Day well in advance of the actual date. Especially in case the project requires Add-on VIP Day(s), it will help us to reserve the following day(s) in our calendar (if possible).

Additionally, a 45-minute Kick-off Call will be conducted a few days before the reserved VIP Day to review the Client's needs and expectations, and to ensure alignment on what can be achieved during the VIP Day. But this real-time interaction is optional and not always necessary (in case we agreed upon the scope of the VIP Day beforehand).

On the VIP Day itself: The VIP Day communication is also mostly asynchronous. The work will be conducted usually between 9 am and 5 pm Berlin time (Central European Time). It would be great if you could be available during that time (or the day after) depending on your time zone to give us prompt feedback via Messenger or email (or a quick video call).

After the VIP Day: You are entitled to follow-up support for feedback implementation after the VIP Day and/or the Add-On Day, within 1 to 2 hours on the subsequent day. Additionally, you will receive 30 days of post-VIP support via email or Messenger for any questions related to the work performed.

How much does a VIP Day (and an Addon VIP Day) cost?

The Chatbot VIP Day is an investment of USD 2,000. Payment is due at the time of booking. You have the option to pay in full or to pay a 50% deposit, with the balance due within 24 hours of the appointment date. This purchase is non-refundable. However, you may transfer the VIP Day to another date or service with a 7-day-prior written notice. The deposit is valid for 90 days and must be used within that timeframe.

The Add-on VIP Day has a reduced price point of USD 1,500 and can be booked after you have booked the VIP Day to start the project. This Add-on Day is generally scheduled for the day following the initial VIP Day unless we agree otherwise (or the date is unavailable).

In some cases, a half Add-on VIP Day can be booked, costing USD 750.

(Here is an example of the cost for a two-day project: USD 2,000 + USD 1,500 = USD 3,500. An additional Add-on VIP Day would add USD 1,500 to the previous price.)

Any services requested that extend beyond the scope of the Chatbot VIP Day will be billed separately at the current rate. You have the option to book another full or half VIP Day (if it is a separate project) or full or half Add-on VIP Day (if it is expanding on the functionality of the existing project) at the current rate.

Any expenses exclusive of the normal overhead (e.g., stock images, premium font licenses, third-party application services) are not included and will be billed separately.

What tools or services do I need for my Chatbots?

For the scripted chatbots a ManyChat™ PRO account is necessary, which starts at just $15/m. (We'll guide you step-by-step through the installation process of everything.)

For AI-powered chatbots other chatbot builder tools are used starting at around $49/month (plus the usage of AI processes like ChatGPT™ or Claude AI™).

You also need to have a published and unrestricted Facebook™ Business Page and/or Instagram™ Business Account. You need both for the chatbot to function on both platforms. If you need any help to set those up, we will gladly provide it.

Depending on the functionality you want in your chatbot, additional programs/services may be required (for example Zapier, Kajabi, or others). If that is the case we will provide you with assistance to set those up.

Do I get personal support?

Yes, after the last VIP Day of the project, you get 30 days of support via email or Messenger for any questions related to the work performed.

Do I own the Chatbot you create for me?

Upon completion of the VIP Day and full payment of the balance due, all rights and access to the work produced during the session will be transferred to you. This includes the right to reuse and modify the work in any way you see fit.

However, you are not permitted to share or resell the work, in part or in whole.

Is there a Money-Back Guarantee?

This purchase is non-refundable. However, you may transfer it to another date or service with 7 days prior written notice.

The deposit is valid for 90 days and must be used within that timeframe. Failure to reschedule within 90 days or to notify at least 7 days before the booked appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you wish to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at our discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
